We step into the Soulful
Reggae garden this week and a selection of soul tunes done 'ina reggae
style'.... just in time for carnival!
We begin with a
Derrick Harriot cover of the massive Floaters No.1 tune, Inner Circle
interpret the Stylistics hit, then Sandra Cross too covers the
Stylistics (although better known by reggae fans by the Mighty
Diamonds), Sugar Minnott had a hit with this Michael Jackson LP track
(from 1972 LP 'Ben'), I tones do a great version of the hugely covered
Walk On By, and we end on Freddie McGregors version of the LTD song
(although maybe familier from George Benson to some).
